"Just a note to acknowledge the two technicians who made calls to our
home recently. Both Hai and Tim were very professional and efficient in
the work that they did for us. They knew what they were doing and
completed the work promptly. Hai thoroughly cleaned the heater/air
conditioner electrostatic filter and left a temporary one to use until
the clean one dried. Tim had to move a heavy furniture item by himself
because I am unable to help and he put it back in place when he was
finished. I appreciate their work."
